Welcome to DAY 1 of our 10 DAY YOGA CHALLENGE!

We ease into this challenge by exploring some beginner-friendly seated yoga postures.

I guide us through the postures in a mindful way. I also provide strategies and tools that you can use or try out in order to find more steadiness and ease in each posture.

Day 1 of this 10 Day Yoga Challenge is all about showing our mind and body some love as we explore different postures on our mat.
