In Day 3 of our 10 Day Yoga Challenge, we explore postures that build strength and flexibility in our body!

We explore postures that you would typically see in a public yoga class. Once again, I walk you through the ins and the outs of each pose and movement. I provide suggestions and strategies along the way that you can play around with and explore.
