Welcome to DAY 4 of our 10 DAY YOGA CHALLENGE!

In today’s class, we move through some gentle stretches that will leave us feeling energized, light, and perhaps free.

We explore a mixture of familiar postures and also some new movements. I provide options as we move today so that way you can make this practice your own!

“I am free to let go of anything that no longer serves me.”
