How is it Day 7 already?! Is it just me, or did these 7 days just fly by?

Today’s yoga flow is intended to give you a boost in energy! After all, movement is medicine.

This Movement Medicine practice has it all - gentle stretches, strength-building poses, hip openers, heart openers, balancing postures, breathwork and fluid movement.

This feel good practice is great when you are low in energy and when you are looking to turn that frown upside down.

Movement Medicine is good for the mind, body and soul.
