Day 6 - Practice Gratitude

WELCOME to DAY 6 of our at-home yoga journey!
Today’s theme is PRACTICE GRATITUDE.

What is your understanding of gratitude? What are some of the ways in which we can practice gratitude? What do you feel grateful for? How do you feel when you take some time to identify what you are grateful for? There are no right or wrong answers. I simply extend an invitation to you to consider these questions as we flow today.

In today’s practice, we infuse gratitude into each movement and breath that we take.

Adopting a gratitude practice can serve us and those around us. It is like a ripple effect.

It is my hope that this practice serves you well today.

Let’s breathe in gratitude and send gratitude out to all those around the world!
