Body Scan Meditation for Sleep

Welcome to your Body Scan Meditation for Sleep. This practice is intended to help prepare your mind and body for deep sleep. If you’re looking for quality sleep (good REM and deep sleep), I highly recommend following along with this body scan before bed.

I invite you to join this class from your mat or your bed. Nice to have items are a blanket and pillow.

Wear comfy clothes, dim the lights and feel free to reduce the brightness of your screen. A softer light can signal to your brain that you’re winding down and getting ready for sleep.
