Join Yoga with Rachel on the mat for a 10 minute guided meditation practice for inner peace.

Today’s meditation practice involves some personal exploration as we consider what inner peace feels like and whether inner peace is possible amidst chaos.

We connect breath to action and use visualization techniques to help us experience inner peace.

I invite you to come to this practice with an open mind and heart.

Use this time to tune in to your thoughts. Consider how your thoughts can impact your physical and emotional bodies. Simply consider without passing any judgment.

It is my hope that this guided meditation practice serves you well.
