Introducing the 7 Day Yoga Challenge!

Make this challenge a part of your daily MORNING YOGA ROUTINE!

it is an absolute honor to have the opportunity to lead you in this Morning Yoga Challenge!

understand that the mornings can be very busy! Therefore, each practice is about 10 minutes in length.

All that you really need is 10 minutes of movement to start your day and to get the energy flowing!

If you miss a practice or two, it’s all good! Drop in when you can!

If you are unable to practice in the morning, then join me in the afternoon or in the evening!

All levels are welcome to join, including beginners to yoga.
