15 Minute Morning Yoga

Good morning friends! Welcome to your Wake Up Yoga Flow! This 15 Minute Morning Yoga Class can help get the energy flowing!

This 15 minute class includes breathwork, gentle stretches, hip and heart openers, as well as beginner-friendly inversions.

We end this practice with an invitation to create your own mantra for the day ahead. Mantras can serve as a reminder of your goals for the day and offer support (especially during challenging moments).
