Welcome to your Morning Yoga Stretch for Lazy Days!

We all have those days! Those days where you want to stay in bed all day, but you know you have to get out of bed because you have somewhere to be.

Perhaps you don’t feel like doing much movement after getting out of bed, but you know that your body would benefit from some gentle stretches and mindful movement.

If you can relate to the above, well then this lazy day yoga stretch is exactly what you need to start your day!

We stay low to the ground in this yoga flow. We bring awareness to the breath. We engage in gentle stretches as we release stored tension in the body.

I invite you to wear extra comfy clothes for today’s practice!

Feel free to practice from the comfort of your bed.

It is my hope that this class leaves you feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day ahead!
