Yoga For Focus And Calm

In today’s practice, we use the breath to help anchor the mind and body to the present moment. Today’s class includes a calming breathwork practice, movements that connect breath to action, a mantra, as well as questions that invite you to explore your connection to your breath.

Remember, your breath always comes first. Whenever you feel overwhelmed, unfocused, anxious, stressed out, frustrated, angry or sad, BREATHE it out.
