In today’s class, we explore postures that invite us to stay grounded in the present moment. We feel and experience the support of the earth beneath us as we engage in restorative yoga postures. The postures can be soothing, grounding, supportive, and exactly what’s required to invite the nervous system to calm down.

This class invites you to slow down the pace as we show love to the mind and body.

This yoga class helps us explore our mind to body connection; how each impacts the other. How you move and breathe matters. How you move from posture to posture matters. Your internal dialogue matters. I invite you to keep these understandings close to your heart today.
