Grounding Yoga Flow - No Standing Postures

Join me for a slow yoga flow for grounding.

In today’s class, we stay low to the ground and move with intention.

We explore supportive postures and movements, and connect breath to action.

It is my hope that this grounding yoga practice serves you well.

Meet yourself wherever you are today.

I invite you to demonstrate love and gratitude towards yourself today. Perhaps in doing so, you notice that lovely ripple effect that this has on those around you.

May you feel safe. May you feel at ease. May you feel supported.

Feel free to bring along a yoga strap or a belt with you for today’s practice. It is all good if you do not have one! All that you truly need is YOU!
