Yoga for Emotional Release. Today’s yoga class offers a gentle full body stretch for emotional release.

We stay low to the ground, explore both hip and heart opening postures, as well as postures and breathwork that offer support.

I have included postures and movements that I explore whenever I am looking to release emotions that are not serving me well.

I invite you to show up as you are.

There is no need to identify what emotion(s) are coming to the surface.

Trust that you are here for a reason.

Trust in the process.

Know that you are not alone.

May this practice offer tools to support you during challenging moments. May this practice offer you inner peace, support and unconditional love.
