Yoga to Calm Your Nerves

Yoga to calm your nerves is a supportive and loving practice designed to help soothe the nervous system, restoring balance to the body.

We will explore breathwork, anxiety management strategies and yoga poses to help reset the nervous system.

Whatever is going on at this very moment, I invite you to take a breath in through your nose. Once your lungs feel full with air, breathe out through your mouth. Empty all the air out. Your breath is your friend. A few conscious breath cycles can go a long way in relation to how you feel.
