Blanket Yoga

Welcome to your Blanket Yoga Restorative Practice! Relax, restore and let go with this gentle blanket yoga class. This class includes gentle restorative yoga poses, breathwork, present moment awareness practices, as well as a full body scan. This is your ultimate relaxation class!

If you are practicing in real time, we are heading into the holiday season. The hustle and bustle of the holiday season can leave us feeling depleted and overwhelmed. Restorative practices, like this one, can help rebalance the mind and body bringing you back to your natural state of being. It is likely that you will navigate the holiday season feeling calmer, balanced, connected and at ease with yourself and those around you.

I invite you to bring 2 to 3 blankets to your space. Wear comfy clothes, socks and dim the lights.
