Compassion Yoga

Welcome to your Compassion Yoga Flow! Join Yoga with Rachel for a Restorative Yoga Class dedicated to compassion.

Compassion is a shared feeling and it is a practice that we can learn through experiences (such as on our yoga mats).

In today's restorative yoga class, we open our hearts as we move with compassion and love.

Practicing compassion towards self is an act of self-love.

You may begin to notice that your compassion practice transforms as you discover or rediscover more about yourself during your explorations on the mat. You can then apply what you learn off of the mat.

You may also begin to notice that you have the capacity to demonstrate compassion towards others.

This restorative yoga flow can help cultivate compassion as we explore supportive backbends that gently open your heart to emotion in a loving and nurturing way.
