Yoga for Deep Sleep

Yoga for Deep Sleep is a Restorative Yoga Flow that is perfect for ALL LEVELS. In this practice, we move through some gentle stretches that are intended to prepare both the mind and body for rest and relaxation.

There's an invitation to let go of anything that is not serving you well in the present moment, such as tension in the body, stress, negative self-talk, etc.

It is my hope that this practice leaves you feeling relaxed and in a restful state.

Sleep well tonight my darling friends!

Items to Bring:
- Pillows (preferably two) and at least one blanket.
- Feel free to wear pj's and there is an option to do this practice in bed!
