The postures and breathwork in our class can elicit a relaxation response, encouraging the mind and body to wind down and prepare for much-needed sleep.

I recommend that you return to this practice often and share this class with anyone that you believe may benefit from a restorative yoga flow dedicated to help you relax and fall asleep.
