Yoga for Tension Relief

Join Yoga with Rachel for a Restorative Yoga Class for Tension Relief!

In this yoga class, we explore restorative yoga postures that can help reduce stored tension in the hips, back body and the neck.

For today's class, I invite you to bring a bolster or a firm pillow and one or two blankets. Optional items are two yoga blocks or thick books. These props are intended to provide support as we relax into these yummy restorative yoga poses.

This class is fantastic first thing in the morning and also before bed.
