In this wellness discussion, we talk about what affirmations are, their benefits, how to use them and how to create your own affirmations. The beauty is that you do not need to be an expert when it comes to using or creating your own affirmation(s).

My hope is that you not only learn more about affirmations, but also understand how you can make use of affirmations for support and encouragement.
