How to do 90 90s

Are you ready to stretch out your hips?! Today, we explore 90/90s.

This exercise can increase the range of motion in our hips, and therefore, works to improve mobility. We will carefully layer on movement throughout the practice to ensure that this is accessible to everyone!


Optional Items: please bring a blanket or a yoga block (or a thick book if a yoga block is not available to you).
