How to do Dead Bug

Today we explore a movement called Dead Bug.

Although it is an interesting and perhaps kind of gross name for an exercise, let me tell ya, it has a lot of benefits! Dead Bug is an effective way to strengthen and stabilize the core, the back and the spine. Plus, there is some awesome hip work going on as well!


No items are required for today's practice. We will carefully layer on movement throughout the practice to ensure that this is accessible to everyone!
