How to do Easy Pose

Today we explore - Easy Pose (Sukhasana).

Now, don't let this name fool ya because this pose can be challenging. Simply-put, there is more than meets the eye with this pose as there is a lot of internal work going on!


If you are new to yoga, this pose is a great one to start with! This pose is typically used for meditative practices. Easy Pose encourages us to sit still and quiet our busy minds. In addition, this pose can help improve our posture and open up those hips!


Optional Items: blanket or a yoga block (or book) to sit on as we work to grow the posture.
