How to do Extended Childs Pose

For today's practice, we explore a very common restorative posture - Extended Child's Pose (Utthita Balasana).

This pose offers a wonderful stretch to our backs, hips, thighs, shoulders and ankles. Plus, it offers a great check-in for our knees.


Optional Items: blankets, blocks (or books) and pillows.

These items will help us find more ease as we explore this posture.
