How to do Happy Baby

Want to roll on the floor and have a good laugh?! If you said "yes" to this, then you are in for a treat! Today we explore Happy Baby (Ananda Balasana).

This posture can help relax the mind and body, and can encourage a degree of playfulness and curiosity. This posture provides a lovely stretch to our back, thighs, hamstrings, and helps open up those hips.
