How To Do High Lunge

In today’s short tutorial, we explore High Lunge.

High Lunge has a number of physical benefits!


This pose offers a generous stretch to our ankles, calves and hip flexors. High Lunge strengthens our legs (especially those quads), glutes, feet, hips and our back body. This posture is excellent for building balance and stability in the body.


I encourage you to use the breath as a tool to find ease in this pose and to dig in deep!
