How to do Lions Breath

There are so many benefits associated with this pranayama (breath) technique. Lion's breath is said to relieve tension in the face, especially in the jaw. Lion's Breath can help calm the nervous system down and give us that extra boost that we are looking for!

Lion’s breath may look a little silly and it may feel a bit awkward to do. I invite you to come with an open mind. There’s an invitation to play and stay curious as we explore this breath technique.

I would love to hear all about how this practice went for you in the comments section! How did you feel before the practice? How do you feel following the practice? There’s no right or wrong answer! I am just curious about your experiences on the mat!

Okay, let’s do this!!!
