How to do Warrior I

Today we explore Warrior I (Virabhadrasana I)!

Warrior I strengthens our legs, feet, core and the booty.


Plus, it works on balance.


This pose requires concentration and focus, along with mind and body awareness.


This pose can spark different emotions within us. For instance, perhaps you feel strong and courageous as you reach your arms up towards the sky. Or perhaps you feel unsteady in this posture, and therefore, uneasy.


There is no right or wrong experience.


Simply, acknowledge the thoughts that surface and smile!


No additional items are required for today's practice. Just bring your beautiful self with ya to the mat.
