How to do Warrior II

Today we explore Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II) in today's practice!

Warrior II is most definitely a strength-building posture! In addition, this pose invites us to build both balance and stability in our bodies.


I find that this pose challenges me to persevere and dig in deep. Just when I want to give up, I encourage myself to stay in the posture a bit longer.


I accomplish this by focusing on my breath, staying curious and reminding myself of my goals. Oh yeah, and smiling or laughing serves as a useful tool as well!
