In today’s practice, we spend time exploring Reclined Twists!

This posture is great for beginners to yoga, and also for those who are seeking a gentle and restorative stretch!


This pose has a number of wonderful benefits! Reclined twists offer a gentle stretch to the back body (especially to our spines), open up “tight” shoulders, and can help relax both the mind and body.

We are even going to get a little core work in there! After all, it is all connected!
