Reclining Bound Angle Pose

In today’s practice, we take some time to explore Reclining Bound Angle Pose or also known as Reclined Cobbler’s Pose (Supta Baddha Konasana).

This is a restorative posture that helps invite the mind and body to relax. You can stay in this posture for as long as you like. I personally enjoy staying in this pose for at least 5 minutes to get the full benefits.

We take time to explore this posture without the use of props and then with props.

Required Items:

✅Pillow, a blanket (or bolster) and two yoga blocks (or two thick books).

I hope that you enjoy this short tutorial!

Feel free to tell me whether you preferred this pose without the props or with the support in the comments section down below!

Let’s relax and breathe!
